We use your information to provide the service, keep your journal secure, send you essential account communications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your journal is private

Your journal entries are private by default and accessible only to you. We do not use your entries to train public AI models. Any AI insights are generated from your own data and are not shared with other users.

4. AI & privacy

Decyvo does not use your personal information, journal entries, decisions, or other user-generated content to train, develop, or improve Decyvo's own AI models.

5. AI Analyst and third-party AI providers

AI Analyst is an optional feature. When you use AI Analyst, the information required to generate the analysis — such as the relevant decision details, your reasoning, options, and any other information you provide for the analysis — may be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider.

The third-party provider processes this information to generate the requested AI response. The provider's own privacy policy and terms may also apply to that processing.

6. Sensitive information

Please do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information to AI Analyst. Only provide what you need for the analysis.

7. Third-party services

Some Decyvo features may depend on third-party services. When required to provide a requested feature, relevant information may be transmitted to those services. Decyvo does not control the privacy practices, security practices, or data-retention policies of third-party providers.

8. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by trusted infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage to remember your preferences, such as your theme choice and your sign-in session. You can clear these from your browser at any time.

10. Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete the content in your journal at any time. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us and we will process the request promptly.

AI Analyst is optional. You can choose not to use AI Analyst if you do not want information from a particular decision to be processed by a third-party AI service. By using AI Analyst, you acknowledge that the information necessary to provide the analysis may be processed by the applicable third-party AI provider.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect.
